How do I ship my order as a gift?

Our gift bundles are hand packed and tastefully wrapped in tissue with ribbon, ensuring a wonderful gift opening experience for the recipient. If you wish to include a personal greeting with your gift bundle, please provide it during checkout, as prompted in the “order notes” section. Personal greetings are printed on a “best wishes” greeting card and tied to the ribbon.

What payment methods does basic baby co. accept?

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay. If you need to arrange for an alternate form of payment, we will be happy to try and accommodate your request. Please contact us at [email protected]

Will I be charged sales tax?

All sales tax will be charged  in accordance with applicable tax law in the receiving Country.

How much does shipping cost?

All our gift bundles ship from (Vancouver) Canada. We offer free shipping anywhere in Canada with the option of flat rate express shipping. Shipping to anywhere in the USA is $13 Canadian.

When will my basic baby co. package be shipped?

All gift bundles will be shipped within 3 business days of your order being placed, but usually ship within 1-2 business days. If there are extenuating circumstances delaying your order that have not otherwise be noted, we will email you to advise you of this. You will have the option to have your order refunded if these delays pose as an issue for you.

How long will my order take to ship?

The estimated shipping time provided while you shop offers the range in which you can expect your gift bundle to arrive. However, as we are located just outside of Vancouver, Canada, shipping time is usually 1-2 business days for gift bundles delivered within the Lower Mainland and increases the further West the gift bundle is being delivered.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

We will send you an email confirming the shipment of your gift bundle and a tracking number  If you have any questions or require any additional information, please email us at [email protected]

Does basic baby co. ship outside of Canada?

basic baby co. ships within Canada and to the USA. All prices are in CAD.

How does basic baby co. decide what products to carry?

The basic baby co. team does extensive research to ensure that we offer our customers quality baby essentials and all the must-have baby products you need! We are always researching, sourcing new products, and expanding our inventory. We love customer feedback and welcome any suggestions or comments you have.
